Our wish is for you to feel so confident with our products and services that you’ll introduce us to family and friends. If for any reason our merchandise does not meet your expectations, please follow directions below.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return merchandise, please email or call us at 518.623.3679. We will supply you with an RA # (return authorization #) that must go on the box you are returning and the correct address of the warehouse it is to be shipped to: Our return shipping address via UPS or US Postal Service will depend which warehouse your product was sent from. We can not assure credit if this procedure is not followed.
We ask that you return the merchandise in new and unused condition in the original packing material and carton (to protect contents) within 15 days of the ship date for a prompt exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping and any restocking fees).
Shipping fees for returned merchandise will be incurred by the customer.
If you paid by check or money order, you will be refunded with a company check in the amount of your original purchase price (less shipping charges) as soon as the package is received.
MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT: Examine package for any visual damage. If shipment is damaged, request that the package carrier make a notation indicating so. If damage is concealed, notify us by email or phone within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise.
DO NOT dispose of any packaging.
DO NOT return merchandise before speaking with a customer service representative. We will be happy to replace an item or issue a credit, whichever you prefer.
